Sierra Girls

Sierra Girls

Price: $2.99 from
(Not yet rated)

When budding computer programmer Michelle Quinn disappears from her quiet Santa Cruz
neighborhood, the police find no evidence of her kidnapper and seem to give up almost immediately.
Her father Gabriel, a private charter pilot, believes Michelle is still alive, but he knows that her time is
short. Unwilling to sit idly by and wait for the police to solve the crime, Gabriel sets out to find his
daughter himself.
A handful of friends close to the Quinn family join Gabriel, including Michelle's godfather Matthias, a
Russian Orthodox monk, and newspaper reporter Lisa Miller. They believe Michelle's kidnapping is
related to the three unsolved disappearances in the Sierra Nevada mountains the previous year. When
Gabriel himself becomes a suspect in the police investigation, he and his friends press forward with
abandon, taking the law into their own hands as they desperately search for any clue pointing to
Michelle's kidnapper.

Meanwhile, Michelle finds herself trapped in a broken down house in the mountains, surrounded by
razor wire. At first, her kidnapper, Roper Lund, does not show himself, and Michelle struggles to clear
her mind from the sleeping drugs he gave her. Gradually she remembers how he tricked her into getting
into his car, and she understands that she is in mortal danger. She has no idea whether her father or the
police are searching for her, or if they even know that Lund kidnapped her. Michelle decides that her
only hope is to rescue herself. So she sets out on her own desperate adventure to find a way out of
Lund's custom-made prison for little girls.

This is a complete novel containing over 100,000 words. A real thriller! Well worth the asking price!
In fact, this book should be selling for more than twice the price! I personally give it 5-Stars.

A Long Time Coming (A Tease and Denial Story)
5.0/5 Smashwords Rating
Price: $0.99
***** Explicit Sexual Content: This book should not be purchased or distributed to anyone under the age of eighteen *****

It was just a friendly bet between spouses over the Super Bowl--except that instead of money, they were betting on orgasm denial. The stake: teasing and arousing the loser to the edge of orgasm, repeatedly, then cruelly denying sexual relief, for as many days as the score difference.

They'd played teasing and denial games back and forth before. Each had been denied, and had enjoyed denying the other, for up to a week at a time. And, the husband reasoned before accepting the bet, how big could the score difference be? A touchdown or two, meaning seven to fourteen days of denial?

My Book Review is BACK!

Welcome to my new blog! I hope you will like it. I created it to help other authors whose books I like and thought you, my readers, might enjoy as well. So keep an eye on this space and I promise to bring you books by authors you may not have heard of, or whose books may never be best sellers, but are still enjoyable to read.

Yes, you read that right. I am restarting my book review website. It's a new site, with a new look, and the books are new as well. Books from my favorite authors. Most will be fiction of one sort or another, but what would expect from Mistress Ivey?

The books listed under each category at the top of the page are books that sound interesting. You may find some of them of interest as well. I have NOT reviewed these books. You will only find books I have reviewed in my archives or still on this page.

I hope you will bookmark this site and return often to see what is new. I will be busy for the next few weeks getting it all started. So, expect things to move rapidly, at least for awhile. I thank you for your patronage, and I hope you will find some enjoyable reading as well.

I have brought this blog back to help support Smashwords and their authors. Many of these fine folks have written excellent books, but they haven't received much promotion, so I am trying to help them out. Smashwords is where I got my start as an author. Please help me support them. You can join Smashwords without being an author and receive updates on your favorite authors as often as you like.
